Duluth, GA (February 13, 2012) - As of Monday, February 13th, single game tickets for all Georgia Force games are now available to the public for the 2012 Arena Football League season at The Arena at Gwinnett Center. Ticket prices start as low as $10 for Upper Reserved (300 level) or Economy seats, and increase to $12 for Upper Box (200 level), $15 for Endzone seats, $30 for Sideline seats, $40 for Premium, and $100 for front row Fieldside seats. Arena sees thousands turnout for Strait, McBride concert

DULUTH -- Sugarloaf Parkway was bumper-to-bumper Friday night. Besides the usual end of the week drivers, thousands of George Strait and Martina McBride fans traveled to the Arena at the Gwinnett Center to watch the country music stars perform on their 11-stop tour to promote Strait's new album, "Here For a Good Time."  Read more...

Glads win 11th straight home game in 4-3 shootout win over Florida

DULUTH -– The Gwinnett Gladiators earned their 11th straight home victory in a 4-3 shootout win over the Florida Everblades on the Thursday night at the Arena at Gwinnett Center.

The first period ended in a scoreless tie, with both teams going 0-for-1 on the power play. The Everblades out shot the Gladiators 6-4 in the period.  Read more...




Gwinnett Gladiators open play this week with a four-point lead in the South Division

The Gwinnett Gladiators open play this week with a four-point lead in the South Division of the ECHL’s Eastern Conference after earning four-points in a pair of wins over the Greenville Road Warriors this past weekend.

After Saturday’s win over the Road Warriors, the Glads have now won 10 consecutive games on the home ice of the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Gwinnett has not lost at the Arena since December 30th when they came up short by a 3-1 score. The winning streak is the longest in Gwinnett team history and also the longest in the history of the organization. The previous organizational record was nine by the Mobile Mysticks. (The Mysticks moved to Gwinnett for the 2003-04 season.)  Read more...

Blake Shelton Plays To A Sold Out Crowd At Gwinnett Arena On Friday Night

Country superstar Blake Shelton performed at a sold out Gwinnett Arena Friday night on his “Well Lit & Amplified Tour 2012.” Justin Moore and Dia Frampton were the opening acts. Shelton, of Ada, Okla., made his debut with the single “Austin” in 2001. The single from the self-titled album “Austin” propelled Shelton into fame when it spent five weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. DULUTH - With a heavy heart, Blake Shelton performs with Dia Frampton (of "The Voice") and Justin Moore at the Arena at Gwinnett Center on Jan. 27.

On Jan. 17, the singer lost his father, Dick Shelton to declining health and cancelled shows in Rapid City, S.D., Bismarck, N.D., and Billings and Bozeman, Mont.

Yet then you realized something must be afoot. We're talking about the move by the Gwinnett Center to give Pepsi Cola the exclusive non-alcoholic beverage rights to its facilities.
