What are paperless tickets?

What is a paperless event?

Paperless ticketing is an alternative delivery method to Mail, UPS, Will Call or In Store Pick Up. Instead of receiving your tickets ahead of the event, the credit card used to make the purchase will serve as your ticket.

Which price levels are paperless and how do I purchase tickets?

The price levels depend on each event, but this information can be found on the event page. This means that we will not be able to process event tickets in the paperless price levels at the box office. To purchase these price levels, you will need to go to www..com or call 1-8888-9-AXS-TIX.

If a price level is not paperless, these tickets can be purchased at The Arena at Gwinnett Center box office.

How do I get into the show?

All you need to attend the show is the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and a valid, government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID or passport).

What if I buy a ticket for someone else?

If you buy a ticket for someone else, you will need to be present at the gate to let them in with your credit card that you used to purchase the tickets.
