TICKETLESS/CREDIT CARD ENTRY
What is a ticketless/credit card entry event?
Ticketless/credit card entry is an alternative delivery method to standard ticket delivery methods, i.e. electronic delivery, standard mail, or will call. Therefore, instead of receiving your tickets before the event, your credit card used to make your ticket purchase serves as your ticket into the event.
Which price levels are ticketless and how do I purchase tickets?
This is determined by the event promoter, and these sections will be located on the seat map and in the description of the event.
Tickets can still be purchased through all regular purchasing outlets including at The Arena at Gwinnett Center Box Office, www.GwinnettCenter.com or by calling (770) 626-2464.
For more information about a specific event, please visit the Events & Tickets page.
How do I get into the show?
All you need to attend the show is the credit card that you used to purchase the ticket, and a valid, government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID or passport).
What if I buy a ticket for someone else?
If you buy a ticket for someone else, you will need to be present at the gate to let them in with your credit card that you used to purchase the tickets. If you are unable to attend the event, you will need to contact AXS Ticketing at (770) 626-2464 and add the event attendee as an alternate ticket user.
Can I use a Gift Card to purchase Ticketless/Credit Card Entry tickets?
Gift Cards (or Virtual Credit Cards) are not accepted. A government issued photo ID must match the name on the credit card.
What if my credit card expires before the event?
As long as you still have the expired card or your new card has the same credit card number, you will be fine. However, if you don’t have the old card or your new card has a different card number, please check in with the venue box office when you arrive at the event!
What if I lose my credit card before the event?
If you’re reissued card is a different account number than the one you purchased the tickets with, you will need to contact the venue directly. In most cases, you will be asked to go to the venue box office on the day of the event for alternative methods of picking up your tickets.
