Gwinnett County Public Schools Summer Graduation

Event Description

Doors open 1 hour prior to the ceremony

• Balloons, Signage and Noise makers are not allowed inside the Arena for the ceremony.
• A vendor will be in the front lobby selling flowers, stuffed animals, etc. for all graduations. No other vendors are allowed to sell merchandise in the parking lot or inside the Arena.
• Accessible Seating:
  • A number of reserved accessible seating is available for attendees in wheelchairs.
  • A designated Drop-Off/Pick-Up area will be available in front of the Arena. There will be staff members with wheelchairs to assist patrons from the vehicle to their chair. The wheelchair will not be available during the ceremony but the patron will receive assistance after the ceremony back to their vehicle in front of the Arena.
  • Each accessible seating patron is allowed one guest to accompany them. All other accompanying guests must sit in the regular seats.
